That is what was done, it's a pain to remove but is the best way to ensure a stable floor that won't crack tiles and grout down the line.The mesh you're seeing is encased in the cement board when you lay it, but not so much when removing it.

you have two thoughts going on with this thread.. you have those that want long term stable interest income. and you have those that posted super high which usually happens when your either working on a note to reperform it. or you including points up front and said note pays off far in advance of maturity.

(sorry for any English mistakes if there is any, English is not my first language ).In case j Scott reading this post , hello to you too .My name is OR (means light in Hebrew)and I’m from Las Vegas .I’m currently reading the book on flipping houses by j Scott ,And also watch all bunch of videos on how to flip houses .I’m 25 years old and I’m fully own 2 property that provide me some nice cash flow every month .I am making a very fair income every year and financial stable .I would like , slowly and safety to quit my job even tho I’m making a nice income there and growing into real estate which this is where I really want to be .As I read the Book on flipping houses I’m starting to look for my first deal .I spoke with few agents and hard money lenders and also to some friends of mine and they all say regarding “finding my next deal “ that it’s a very tight market right now and it’s very hard to find deals .Here is my questions :-Is flipping houses is sill a good business on today market ?
