Foundation Reportr In Sourheast Arlington Texas

I need advise friends. Should I sign a contract?I found base on the foundation report of the property that the foundation was repaired with  multiple piers installed to correct the level of the foundation. The correction states after the correction the  it is not completely level but the foundation appears to be in stable condition in the areas repaired.  Absolute levelness may not be achievable after repair.  Location is Southeast of Arlington Texas.  Thank you very much.
