I’m looking to buy an office building in Howard County, MD and would like to work with a commercial buyers agent with knowledge of the area.

I am still learning the Atlanta area and would love for any pointers and tips around investing in the Atlanta market.

We still have a lot to learn and any insight, advice or tips about buying single family homes, BRRRR strategy, and out of state investing would be awesome!  

I give the mayor a mulligan because he has not been in office very long but so far his actions have not resulted in significant change.  

So I called the county clerk, tax office, and appraisal office, and this lot has no history for tax, title, or owner according to the county!

Are there any commercial brokers in the Memphis area that deal primarily with the acquisitions/dispositions of office properties and leasing?

Pursuing real estate owned (REOs) never worked for me because it wasn't my personality to sit in an office and make offers all day.
