New Investor! Ready to get after it!!
Hello BP family! My name is Tye Foster currently living in Utah. I am new to real estate but I am extremely excited to start the journey to become a successful real estate investor. My good friend (who has some experience) and I have decided to team up and work together at creating a strong portfolio. We are looking to start out with a few single family homes and we want to use the BRRR strategy (once we understand it more in depth) and continue on. We still have a lot to learn and any insight, advice or tips about buying single family homes, BRRRR strategy, and out of state investing would be awesome!
