I am a new investor in Baltimore City. I've purchased a row house and looking for a professional and experienced general contractor to handle my rehab. I really appreciate any and all recommendations/referrals. Thanks

No recommendations or referrals , just a bit of advice . First make sure who ever you hire has their home improvement license ( MHIC) . Second , prepare to open your wallet , its spring and the home improvement market is hot , Everybody wants work done , and contractors are Busy in Maryland . I am scheduling into August right now . My subs are behind , jobs are taking longer . Third , you should go to the city and see what permits are needed , and if you can ,YOU get them . ( elec , plumbing and hvac excluded ) This will save you a little and help speed things up .
Hope this helps
