Hi All,I'm curious how current investors feel about SFH versus MFH, I understand SFH is not the best scaling factor for real estate investment, instead I was hoping to see if there is an argument FOR SFH over MFH?

I'm not a fan of expanding government power in some nebulous hope it will allow my properties to keep cashflowing.

I think I will have mostly weekend or long weekend stays and am planning to go all out on luxury targeting people in driving distance for stay-cations and splurge weekends so price point will be higher than most around which I am hoping will bridge the gap in higher occupancy. 

Small and tough market so also will start looking OOS but for now we’re hoping to build a team of wholesalers, agents, and other lead sources.
