Fix and Flips, Buy and Holds in HI - Looking to build a team

Aloha All!

Been dabbling in REI since 2018 with my husband, Ellison Shimokawa but we're ready to start scaling in 2024. We just invested in a program called Deal Flow and it's helped us be consistent and focused. We've done FF, buy and hold, and house hacking (about a deal a year) but want to start hitting quarterly goals so we can retire me from my W2.

We are based on Maui and are looking for SF homes and condos to FF and possibly hold for LTR/MTR. Small and tough market so also will start looking OOS but for now we’re hoping to build a team of wholesalers, agents, and other lead sources. We’ve started making connections and we’re excited to build relationships here.
