But, I'll also add that a listing agent is much more likely to have a frank discussion like this with another agent than with a random potential buyer.I'd find a good buyer's agent and have them contact the listing agent on your behalf...

This opened up some serious issues but if was overlooked the house would have eventually burned down.My uncle would check on the property when he could but since he works for full time for another investor it was hard for him to make the time.We are in discussions about him working full time for me when I launch my renovation company because we work well together and he is very good at what he does.
