Will wholesalers work with investor using conventional loan?

I have had success finding my own deals but recently I am struggling to find properties that meet my criteria in my market. I was thinking about trying to find a wholesaler who might find a deal for me. I was not sure if they would work with someone who plans to use a conventional loan?

This will be mortgage number 4 so I should still qualify.
