Hi Lisa,4 years ago I was going to buy a boarding house in India for around $20k to offer for monks and nuns a place to stay while they are in seminary school or shelter Tibetan monks and nuns who are from cold winter in Himalaya mountain.

Of course I have the newbie anxiety and fear but I'm ready to overcome that and be great!

Then follow up with a phone call a couple of weeks later, referencing the letter so it's not a cold call.

He is energetic and loves the art of the deal so he is born to wheel and deal.I recently turned him loose on a deal of mine that had gone cold.

I have had a great success with cold calling FSBO and Expired's.

OMG I JUST DID MY FIRST COLD CALLS TODAY!!!

I changed the setting for watering and when it got cold I shut it off for the winter.

So far, nothing we're interested in, but I'm always willing to listen.Today I just cold called a property owner that has a lot I'm interested in buying.
