Hello everyone!  I am a new member from Freeport, NewYork.  I am new to real estate investing and very eager to learn and get started.  I have been doing lots of reading and listening to many of the bigger pockets podcasts and also some webinars. I'm interested in all areas of investing (wholesaling, fix/flips, buy/hold even notes) , but to narrow my focus to get started I would like to begin with fix/flips to build capital to begin to branch out. I have been reading for quite some time now and the next step is action.  Of course I have the newbie anxiety and fear but I'm ready to overcome that and be great!

Any advice that can be given on getting starts would be very appreciated.  And if I can connect with anyone in the New York area, with some experience, who is willing to give more advice about this market.  I am also a licensed sales agent in New York.

Sorry for the long intro and thank you in advance for any advice and feedback...
