Who else needs boots on the ground in Pittsburgh?

Any of you Pittsburgh investors need a guy who can go to properties, take pictures, estimate repair costs, negotiate with sellers, and get contracts signed for you? (You might refer to him as an ‘acquisition manager’. I refer to him as a CLOSER.)

If so, I have a guy you might want to call. (no, its not me)

He is a former salesperson who is now a full time REHABBER and he is just getting into wholesaling. He is energetic and loves the art of the deal so he is born to wheel and deal.

I recently turned him loose on a deal of mine that had gone cold. Not only did he bring it back to life, but he also go the contract down $23,000 below what the owner told me she wanted to sell at. SOLD!

Anyway, between his flips, he wants to participate more actively in wholesaling but I don’t have the deal flow to keep him busy. That’s good news for you!

He can be your boots on the ground!

He can take pictures, negotiate, and get purchase agreements signed. Of course, he will want a cut of the deal...so, dont waste his time offering $20 to make your deal happen.

Hit me up and I’ll give you his name and phone number.

Thanks!
