These statements might be true, but I actually think opportunities are there if someone is willing to spend the time to find and analyze the deals and is prepared to move when the investments present themselves.I see a lot of people on BP (or even those I talk to in-person about real estate investment and never make it to BP) who are stuck in paralysis by analysis.
