Hi All!

I am preparing to move to the Greenville, SC area within the next 3 months with my wife. We are looking to house hack in order to start our RE investing. I would love to connect with locals to get recommendations on what areas are good to target. I've been looking for duplex's within a 45 minute commute to Greenville for my job.

Feel free to reach out and connect!

@Eric Steffel Multi family units are scarce in this area and owners hold on to them. The units that do become available are either in rougher areas or need reno work.

- #GreenvilleSC is exploding

- #Simpsonville is growing really fast and has several really sought after elementary schools. Dunwoody area is really popular.

- #Greer area has a lot of potential, esp in the Riverside area.

- #Taylors area is hit and miss. Eastside area is pretty popular.

- San Souci area is full of SFH that need reno work, has a ton of flips available. It's several years from being revitalized but it's quickly going that way.
