Refinance under an LLC

Posted

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Looking for some insight on which lending companies can refinance an investment property under an LLC. Property current loan is with a hard money lender with a six month term. Would like to refinance into a non-conventional where all co-guarantors are listed on the loan and title. The property does have tenants occupying with a 12 month lease.

Is it even a possibility not to have our credit scores checked.

@Fernando Martínez, you can refinance at 90 days seasoning capped at 65% LTV or 75% LTV for a full 6 months. Credit pulls are non negotiable and you can use a guarantor who is also on title. No issues there. Vesting in LLC is preferred but not required. DM with any specifics questions but this sounds like a clear cut DSCR cash out refi.
