Hi BiggerpocketsI have been running multifamily sale price reports for cities North of Boston for the years between 2004 and 2015.I almost every city I look at, the 2015 median sale price is back to the median sale price in 2004. 

Country town, nice homes, big lakes, very affordable housing, taxes and such, just more small town, if that's your style.Going north up the dial (think of Wichita as one big wagon wheel - Wichita at the hub, and K96 highway nearly going full circle, and one day, supposed to be finished, and all the suburbs on a spoke).  

This limits us to the area in and around Seattle, perhaps as far as Tacoma down south and Everett up North.

There are so many companies moving and building in north Dallas that it's caused a huge increase in demand but not enough supply. 

Louis bi-state area (eastern Missouri / western Illinois) under the name "Renovestors LLC". 

The good thing being in Western Mass is that labor is typically cheaper.

I'm located in Woodstock, GA which is just North of Atlanta.
