Hello! My name is Jeff Coffman. I am a brand new investor living in St. Charles, Missouri and will be conducting business in the St. Louis bi-state area (eastern Missouri / western Illinois) under the name "Renovestors LLC".

I am 41 years old and have been in the tech/telecom industry for almost 20 years. I like what I do, but I feel like I'm just running on a treadmill getting nowhere, all the while making other people rich. I chose this career. I am not bitter about it, but I feel like it is time for me to make a move. And although my experience in real estate is limited to purchasing homes that I have lived in, I really feel this career path is what I have been searching for for a very long time.

I'm sure mistakes are in my future, but I hope through the help of this community I can avoid the big ones! I welcome advice from anyone who has any to offer.

Thank you!
