Hi all, i just wanted to introduce myself and hope to pick up some advice/mentor.  I live in harford county and I have done 2 rehab flips and own 2 rental properties in the area with my business partner.  This issue is we arent sure how to expand.  We are really hoping to learn more about getting into wholesaling, and maybe talk to someone in the area just to pick their brain.

For each of the 4 properties we own we have done most of the rehab work ourselves, or hired out to a great contractor.  However we seem to have reached a wall in the foreclosure market with rehabs and arent sure where to go from here.  I know its an open post, but anyone willing to sit down with us we would really appreciate.

thanks, Jonathan
