Once the published data catches-up it will be interesting to see if we are experiencing an uncharacteristic spike arising from the temporary relaxation of lending practices a decade ago.

Some people think it may be worse than the "great recession" due to the stock market, some think it will be a slight correction of the "bubble" most of the major markets are experiencing, and some think it will continue to climb. 

However, I would recommend teaming up with people who do have experience so you can say you are working with experienced individuals.
