New to BP: Beginning Investor from Charlotte, NC

Hello BP,

I must say I have been on this site for a while, through the upgrades and all, but just haven't joined. I know silly me. Any who, I am a novice investor - meaning that I have not done any deals yet, but am looking to start making deals very soon. I have been reading, watching podcast, and all trying to get my education up. REI is something I have wanted to do my entire life. Now I am at a point in my life where I am ready. Still young, still ambitious. Yes, I want to leave the rat race (ha ha) but I just genuinely enjoy real estate. I could look at property all day.

Well enough about me. I am very excited.
