@Mason Haley if you are looking for 50+ unit deals, CoStar and Yardi Matrix has owner information.I bought a 1,000 unit apartment deal using a combo of DM, calling and emailing the seller and I obtained owner info from Yardi.

You need to network with other investors and gauge how difficult it is to obtain a multifamily versus a Single Family Residence (SFR).

In Georgia, there is a 1 year redemption period, followed by several months to obtain a free and clear title. 

I'm looking at obtaining money towards my first rental property and looking to leverage my primary residence to do so.

Is it possible to obtain a second home loan with another individual whom you are not married to?

I am using this loan to obtain an 8-10 unit. = With that said, I would still consult with a lender and this isn't advice.
