HELOC vs cash out on primary
I'm looking at obtaining money towards my first rental property and looking to leverage my primary residence to do so. There's a lot of information online and looking to the forum for professional advice. Should I take out a HELOC or a cash out refinance to put money towards my first rental investment down payment?
