Beginner Real Estate Investor Ready for the Next Investment

Hello fellow Investors, 

Looking for some knowledge and shared experiences on Real Estate investing. Bought my first home this summer in downtown West Chester PA. Looking to become a sponge in this realm and learn as much as possible. I am also a roofing Contractor that manages insurance and retail projects all over PA and NJ. My goal is to obtain 1 rental property every year and would love for anyones opinions on the best areas to buy.
