You can use this platform for apps., screening and leases.

I usually recommend you just start with a software platform and gain some experience.

I plan on obtaining designations within the next year as well.We already use Buildium as a software platform but I am curious about logistics.

No one wakes up with experience, you have to take action and go out and do something to gain experience, and I applaud you for doing that, and for using this platform as a tool to learn.
