Condo was purchased from Developer in mid 2021.Renovated building into two condo units with only one (1) PIN Tax ID number. It was expected that the City and / or Developer would take the required steps to divide the PIN numbers into 2 Tax ID numbers, 1 for each unit.As of 2nd Installment of this years taxes, this has not yet been done.Should this have been resolved by nowandWho should have resolved it, the City or the Developer?

The policies I've found to act as my own GC are absurdly expensive but will drop in price over time as i build experience. the polices that include hiring a CG are obviously less expensive, but the cost of hiring a GC just puts me back to square one!
