If it is under $100K, it is going to be hard for a person to get a mortgage. 

I know that, overwhelmingly, it's what you fill your head with that counts, it's the day-to-day actions you take, it's the spouse you marry, it's the systematic choices you make, and perhaps most importantly, the personal hypocrisy you don't allow yourself to get away with.

The rate that you buy down to is your rate for the entirety of your 30-year fixed loan - it is not a stepdown like you might see on some conventional loan products.

Oddly enough, I have found RE professionals are pretty warm as long as you are personable and aren't just immediately trying to ask them for things.

My PM is charging exorbitant fees for cleaning, products for the unit and bookings have moved to other properties.
