I had formerly owned rental property, but sold.  Regret doing that, so I’m looking to get back into real estae rental investments.

Welcome back! What motivated you to sell the last investment? How will you prevent that from happening again? What do you need help with today that will move you forward tomorrow?

Those are great questions to ask!  It was a knee jerk reaction to many different factors.  One being that I personally needed liquid resources(cash).  I also had non-paying tenants that owed me, HVAC unit needing replacement, large trees hanging over property structure that suddenly died due to beatle infestation and college tuition due all at the same time.  I sold due to emotional triggers.  Reflecting back to that time in my life, a refinance would have been the ideal thing to do.  We all live and learn.
