All of their products are Dutch-interest and their highest leverage option is a 1st position with a 2nd position loan wrapped with it to get to higher leverages.  

Here are the details:Purchase Price: $300KDown payment if taking mortgage: 10%Available cash on hand: $40KEquity in Primary Residence: $700K - $1MSecond Home will need $10K initial investment to freshen up for personal and STR use.Assume equal rates for each product? 

That could be you personally or an LLC. 

This is limiting my options.I have never utilized the multifamily lending products offered by Fannie, Freddie, etc., so I would be interested to a) hear other BP members' lender recommendations for this sized property and also b) other members' experiences working with Fannie, Freddie, etc.
