If you spend enough time in these forums or listening to the podcast you will hear over and over again that one of the biggest challenges many investors have is finding good contractors.

I am looking to hack a triplex and was very optimistic while listening to everyone giving advise about an FHA without much down, but unfortunately I don't have much income to be able to back my loan on.

I have read several real estate investing books and listen to a lot of bigger pockets podcasts but am still new and fairly inexperienced to real estate investing and realize that taking action is the key. 

If your realtor is good...listen to her/him.

Start with podcasts and listen to the first dozen or so episodes of the following: Mobile Home Park Mastery, Mobile Home Parks in Real Life, & Mobile Home Park Investors.That should give you a decent knowledge foundation to at least begin understanding the asset class and get you asking the right questions. 

I’ve been listening to biggerpockets podcast, and reading books for a while now.
