Hello! I am a new investor and I currently own one property that I am renting out. I am looking to hack a triplex and was very optimistic while listening to everyone giving advise about an FHA without much down, but unfortunately I don't have much income to be able to back my loan on. Can someone please tell me what loopholes are being used because between three different lenders I've talked to here in Denver, it doesn't seem possible...
