I would like to get some general idea about investing a RV park but operated like a mobile home park in Texas.

I have primarily focused in areas such as Mobile, AL and gulf coast of Florida, but am open to most places that would fit the bill for investing for my goals and cash flow.

The upcoming surgery will heavily and temporarily impact their mobility, limiting them to a walker for a short period of time (assuming the surgery goes well).

I am looking at this property to BRRRR, and is listed on sites as a modular home and other sites as a mobile home.

Mobile Notary as mentioned above is what the bank should set up.Or have them send them to a title company that knows you and will do a courtesy signing  thats what I do.

Even low end market like mobiles etc.
