RV park markets in Texas

I would like to get some general idea about investing a RV park but operated like a mobile home park in Texas. I know it’s a huge state but I would like get a good sense in different regions, big cities and tourist destinations. My goal is not to run it like a hospitality kind of business with different campers come and go everyday but at least month-to-month with consistent tenants with constant cash flow. If they don’t pay rents then I could potentially have their homes towed away without going through the eviction process.
