This for me means FREEDOM to do what I want when I want. 

I'm looking forward to the learning the business, testing my capacity and finally the feeling of financial freedom!!!!!.  

I had a high paying job and worked from home for a good portion of the time Alex...most importantly very few expenses and the freedom to go through a lot of properties when they were still cheap in my market. 

I am astonished how many freedoms are slowly being removed from this country.
