Hello,

I'm a recent transplant from NYC. My husband, daughter and I moved to Northampton MA  a year ago. When I arrived I thought Wow!!! there's so much real-estate opportunity here! Coming from the city I wasn't used to seeing vacant mill buildings, or pre-war apartment buildings selling for under $300,000!!! I've come to learn the market is entirely different from the NYC's. Obvious, I know, but it was a great start to begin analyzing the metrics involved with creating a particular market.

I'm currently interested in investing locally as well as looking into opportunities in Baltimore MD, and Pittsburgh PA. I have contacts in both these cities who would be my boots on the ground. I'm also interested in Bridgeport CT.  I like the fact that its commutable to the NYC. and still might offer some potential deals.  I'm looking for both single family and multi-family deals either to flip or rent.

I'd love to meet others in the community. I'm excited to get started and meet both newbies and experienced investors who are willing to offer advise and possibly to do a deal with. I'm lucking to have the funds in place what I need now is know-how and expertise. I'm looking forward to the learning the business, testing my capacity and finally the feeling of financial freedom!!!!!.  Best, Robyn
