We should definately share our process and methods...investing in US remotely from Canada definately brings its own challenges but its deable. 

This house was a bit of a challenge given it's size and configuration but we have finalized a design and we have excluded the suite.

I know that when I have been put in new technically challenging situations I have been able to figure them out and not only succeed but thrive.
