Hi everyone, 

My name is Jacob. I'm an engineer in Houston, TX and new to real estate investing. I've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts for quite some time now, and decided to take the leap into the forums. 

I just purchased my first single family home. I hope to buy a multifamily next.  

I look forward to being an active member of BiggerPockets.
