Looking for an investment partner to develop a sub division in Celina Tx, the next big growth in North Texas.

I have a project management background and think I'd enjoy the unique challenges with real estate projects.

What I've learned so far is each deal is it's own unique financial situation that can and will change over time.

Hi everybody, I was reading so many stories about "contractors from Hell" that make me think of what  the definition of  BEST, PERFECT, UNIQUE... contractor should be,  that I named as an "Angel Contractor".So my question is WHAT makes a perfect contractor?

Look for a community business bank or a credit union I your area that has a business lending division.

I've researched some of these things but haven't found much on my unique situation, buying primary home with investment property in mind shortly after.
