New Subdivision funding partner Celina TX, DFW
Looking for an investment partner to develop a sub division in Celina Tx, the next big growth in North Texas. There are several plots of land that are perfect for 1 acre lots. 1 acre lots are currently very hard to find in Celina. I already have development cost for 1 plot that is 69 acres.
