Hello all! My name is John Forbes. I'm just starting out digging in on my education and really appreciative of the great resources here! I've lived in Orlando for over 10 years and am excited to get my real estate investing off the ground here. My initial thoughts are to get into flipping and use some other strategies a little less commonly. I have a project management background and think I'd enjoy the unique challenges with real estate projects. I hope to meet some great people and grow a lot as I start coming up this steep learning curve!

I am a member of CFRI so I can't really speak experientially about GoREIA.  Either one means you are going to be connected to a bunch of investors doing what you are doing.
