Yes, if you disclose things properly and have a proper agreement it is possible.The tricky part is what if you miss the mortgage payments or no longer want the home.

First, you need to be very, very careful given your brokerage relationship (and license). 

As you get more sophisticated you can set up proper LLCs and other entities with the help of a lawyer.

I invest in real estate here, renting  and managing my own properties and I just got my real estate license :)My plan is start investing in Memphis, buying and selling properties and maybe renting.

My biggest struggle right now is trying to figure out how to properly estimate repair costs, so any suggestions there are appreciated.I have been thinking about taking the leap for years, and have finally set myself up to be in a position to do so.Can't wait to see where this goes. 

I do not have a Supra key (I have to be a licensed realtor in my area to get one) opinions on how important a Supra key is would be great feedback for me.
