Home Inspector looking to provide more value to agents
Hello, I own a home inspection company and I’m looking for ideas to increase value that I can provide to agents.
I can coordinate CL-100 letters
I can coordiante many repair estimates based off measurements I take during the inspection and provide those to a variety of differnt contractors I deal with, without having to schedule them on-site.
My reports come with a repair request tool for agents that really looks good, quick and easy to use
In my reports I put into perspective the how severe an item found is or isn’t in attempts to aid in keeping the buyer from freaking out.
I do not have a Supra key (I have to be a licensed realtor in my area to get one) opinions on how important a Supra key is would be great feedback for me.
I would really love some feedback on other things I can add to increase my value to agents. What does your favorite inspectors provide you that makes you like them so much. Any and all input is appreciated! Thanks!
