If you haven't done so already, I recommend listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts.

I've already started by watching the BP webinars, listening to podcasts, and have been reading any real estate and investing book I can get my hands on. 

I downloaded the audio book to listen too at work.

While researching real estate online i stumbled on the bigger pockets and listened to podcast everyday, I decided in January to go to full time Real Estate agent working Genesee and Oakland County including Davison, Goodrich, Grand Blanc, Lapeer, Clarkston, Fenton, Clio and surrounding.

Hello everybody,I've been lurking on the forums for quite some while now and have listened to 80% of the bigger pockets podcast, figured it was time to actually post!

I've read numerous blogs, listened to numerous podcasts and read the recommended books and I'll be perfectly honest...my brain is on information overload.

I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other Central Florida investors:).Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in. 

Make sure you listen to both podcasts and go through the Forums.

I am thinking I should go over to inspect the paint job and hear the tenants out in regard to their complaint, listening specifically for evidence that would back up their claims of violation of privacy.
