Hello,

My name is Chad Willmore a residential Real Estate agent and buy and hold investor. I got started in Real Estate early 2012 with my first buy and hold. I decide to get my Real Estate license in the summer of 2013 working part time while working a full time job. While researching real estate online i stumbled on the bigger pockets and listened to podcast everyday, 

I decided in January to go to full time Real Estate agent working Genesee and Oakland County including Davison, Goodrich, Grand Blanc, Lapeer, Clarkston, Fenton, Clio and surrounding. I'm currently interested and daily searching for buy and hold properties but would like to do a fix and flip in the next 12 months.

Would love to network and reach out and meet locals in the area.

I live in Chicago but used to live in metro Detroit and own+manage a duplex in Ferndale. Seems like Lance and I are in the same area.
