Hello everybody,

I've been lurking on the forums for quite some while now and have listened to 80% of the bigger pockets podcast, figured it was time to actually post!

I'm 24 years old now and have been in real estate for just over 4 years now. I started off actually working for a timeshare company in orlando. Then quickly realizing that's not what "real estate" is, I started wholesaling. After networking and continuing to grow my career I got approached buy a firm that owned and managed 4,000 plus units called http://www.teamremanagement.com/ to be their in house agent for acquisitions. I learned a tremendous amount of insight and value on how to analyze and underwrite not only commercial deals, but small multifamily as well. Since then I have left to go work for a low service broker who only takes a small cut of my commission and I am now a full time agent doing my own residential and commercial deals.

I know both South Florida and the Central Florida markets extremely well and would like to network with anyone in these areas. Also would like to connect with other commercial brokers who sell multifamily or hotels in the top 25 MSA's.

I am in the process of buying my first investment property up near the University of Central Florida, my brother in law and I are going 50/50 on the downpayment and we will be doing student housing rentals.

With that said, I would also like to start working with investors who need an agent that understands their needs and maybe even go in on some of the deals with you.

I'll end my post there, looking forward to making long term relationships with everybody on the site.

Thanks guys!
