Likely when you setup your multi member LLC it would've been required to file a partnership tax return.

The fact that you asked this question indicates you would likely be better off with a turnkey investment.

I am quite new and inexperienced when it comes to this type of investing and so I am trying to find my niche. 

Seems a lot can go wrong with this and I wanted to speak with existing investors and see what has gone wrong with this in the past and how have then fixed it.

That said, I am relatively new to this, and if there is something I am overlooking, please tell me.
