Seasonality and lead times

I am fairly new to MTR and was curious what vacancy and lead times tend to look like around this time of year? I have a condo that will be available in early November. I have been using only Furnished Finder for my first couple of renters. I am now starting to market on Zillow as well. I get a bit antsy considering the upcoming holidays and what demand looks like. Also, do you tend to give lower rental rates in the winter months?

My unit is in San Jose, so bonus points for those in the Bay Area! Thanks in advance for any wisdom and guidance you can provide!
