Hello to all.

My name Is Joe Lyman. I am currently in operations for a large corporate investment bank, which pays the bills, but I am looking to build wealth using real estate. I have always been interested in real estate investing but was never sure how to start. I am hoping to learn a lot from the members here as well as build lasting and rewarding relationships. I am currently looking for a mentor in the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware) and would be willing to work for an education. I used to own a small property maintenance/handy-man company so I have some skills that I would be willing to barter with. I am quite new and inexperienced when it comes to this type of investing and so I am trying to find my niche.
