Yes but they aren't giving out the data (at least not for free)  the big players download MLS data and do their analysis that way. 

Then you need to be able to execute making the experience seamless.

Despite spending over a month analyzing data, I couldn't draw any useful conclusions and eventually gave up on this approach.I downloaded approximately 10 years of MLS rental data and analyzed historical tenant behaviors.

1.i) Do you use any websites to download Deed or create LLC or Land Trust? 

There is no mortgage on the house.We also own a second home that we rent through VRBO and plan to transfer that to and LLC as well.Would love to hear thoughts to make this seamless and cost effective.

It also doesn't matter what your state law says on the matter, unless it is more stringent, because the FCRA is a federal requirement so you must abide by it.I believe there is a copy of a denial letter in the file place that you cold download and use.

Any tips/tricks to make it a more seamless process.
