I do a mix of low income, middle class and a little bit of higher end rentals. 

I have heard that some lenders are willing to use a percentage of the potential income to help satisfy the underwriting process but i get mixed messages from the Banks.  

I did take all the precautions, mixing the paint well, prepping the walls, waiting a few days for the paint to completely dry.

Mixed-use residential/commercial, $450-$700 /moIf I were to buy now it would be 3- or 4-unit multi-family.

Looks like a mix of ignore it, count it in rehab, and just replace anything old.

I have not always been the sharpest tool in the shed (sorry for mixing metaphors) however I've benefitted by the investment of a bit of formal title training. 

I'm currently managing a large (for Roanoke) mixed-use/multi-family property.My observation is that rentals in the suburban areas of the city are declining, but the urban areas have a booming rental market.  

Over here all the local governments have gone gaga over the mixed use/transit oriented development trend.

Tacoma was a surprisingly delightful town.

I wonder if you could get a better return on mixed use investments such as a first floor storefront with rental units upstairs.
