Once you have the process down, it can just keep chugging. 

Im trying to fine tune my process to be more future oriented and not outdated. 

Hello everyone, im a newbie investor in Chicago that is starting to wholesale I understand most of the wholesaling process and just have one question to ask.

Generally speaking, my primary interest is in BRRRR or fix and flip, and I verrry much want to be in the trenches on reno and commit my time to the process fully. 

Several of my clients focus on properties near Yellowstone, Smokies, Yosemite, etc... there is a tremendous amount of tourism near the Parks and I've seen some of my clients be fully booked 18 months out at times.AirDNA is a solid resource but also lacks data in some markets. 

Does anyone think it could be the data from propstream or would this be from the skiptracing?

Once someone applies, stick to your criteria and update it the next time around.If you don't want bankruptcy, make it a pass/fail on your screening process before you advertise the next vacancy.

I want to find some traction that works for me and just follow the process over and over again until I reach that financial freedom goal, by age 45.
